Google's on Fire

The fire that occurred in the British headquarters of Google spread to Twitter directly. Some people began to spread the fire at the site mikroblogging.

"Google UK On Fire, Let's hope no one gets hurt," it's one written tweet Twitter user named selvakumariniya.

Similar pitched tweet posted by many other Twitter users. "Google's on fire! I was there only three weeks ago and two of our team were there today! Hmmm ... coincidence??!"

There is also humor tweet like, "I hope google has a firewall, because they're on fire right now.

Fire incident was reportedly sparked by a barbecue party held by the employee.

There is no loss of life confirmed in the fire

Snow Leopard Equipped With Antivirus

Based on leaked report from the Intego antivirus company, the latest OS from Apple, Snow Leopard, is reportedly vulnerable to malware. In fact, Apple is seriously talking about these security issues related to the OS.

In a recent TV ad, Apple even did 'attack' on PC-related vulnerabilities infiltrated by virus, in which Mac is claimed far more secure. Apple's Anxiety is increasingly asserted then by Intego saying that Snow Leopard will be equipped with antivirus.

Based on the report by Intego, Snow Leopard has indeed detected RSPlug version of the Trojan.

Apple To Push Microsoft

Newest operating system from Apple is ready to launch on August 28, 2009. The certainty of the launch time immediately triggers higher order of This "Snow Tiger".

This soaring is indicated by Snow Leopard pre sale at leading online store, Amazon.

Microsoft as one of the main competitor of Apple even receives the effects. This is because the Snow Leopard is displacing their flagship software, Microsoft Office 2007 from the top row of bestseller lists.

Some analysts also assess that the Snow Leopard is going to record high sales. Analyst Gene Munster of Piper Jaffay institution predicts that the operating system also known as Mac OS X 10.6 is going to sell 5 million copies by the end of this quarter.

Munster added that initial sales of Apple's Snow Leopard advantage over Microsoft. This is because the operating system Windows 7 from Microsoft's newly released on October 22, 2009.

"Apple promote Mac platform as superior alternative to Windows in terms of the latest technology. The release of Snow Leopard is to keep Mac users get the latest technology rather than users of Windows XP or Vista," added Munster.

Amazon, Microsoft, and Yahoo Versus Google

Three leading technology companies make a joint-effort to fight against Google that is going to create a biggest virtual library in the world. Amazon, Microsoft, and Yahoo will sign an Open Book Alliance pioneered by the Internet Archive.

They oppose provisions of law that can make Google as the main source in most online activities. "Google attempts to make a library-system-monopoly," said the founder of Internet Archive, Brewster Kahle, to BBC News television station , Friday 21 August 2009.
